  Very upset that this company did unnecessary work. Had a leak coming from the lounge ceiling. Mark found the problem in the spare room heating pipes. Corrected it supposedly. £524 pounds later the same leak was still there. Called another company in and it was a frozen outdoor pipe that was to blame, not internal pipes. Pipe was sorted and leak stopped. Spoke with the manager who had no sympathy and refused any refund or accountability. You live and learn. I now pay for British Gas Homeserve to avoid large bills especially the ones by unscrupulous companies!
